About AdSphere

A professional home for the people who make the internet worth watching.

AdSphere is a professional network and self-serve collaboration platform for India’s creator economy. It is being built by RafSpire Technologies Private Limited.

Our mission

Opportunity in the creator economy should not depend on who you know. Our mission is to democratise it: to give every creator a professional identity that travels with them, and every business a way to trust the person on the other side of the deal.

Our vision

A creator economy where your work is your reputation, getting paid is expected rather than requested, and every creator and every business, from a first-time nano creator to a first-time founder, has a trusted professional home.

Our story

How a question about unpaid invoices turned into AdSphere.

It began with a question we couldn’t put down: why is it so hard to get paid for work you’ve already done?

We worked directly with 70+ creators, 15+ agencies and talent managers, 10+ D2C founders and multiple small businesses, dissecting hundreds of real campaigns and collaborations. The faces changed. The story didn’t. A creator delivers the reel, then waits. A founder pays an agency’s margin to find someone they can’t verify. A message goes unanswered for the fourth time. Payment arrives in sixty days, ninety, sometimes never.

Four problems kept coming back: trust you can’t verify, payment you can’t count on, access that favours the already-famous, and work scattered across DMs, WhatsApp and spreadsheets.

Other professions found a home: LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance. India now has over four million creators, and they still don’t have one.

So we’re building it. AdSphere is being built by RafSpire Technologies, founded in 2026 by Rafraf Reza, an IIT Madras software engineer who built the platform directly around real-world creator and brand workflows. We’re opening to a small first group, and we’re building it with them.

What we believe.

  • Work should prove itself.

Reputation should be built from what you delivered, and it should belong to you.

  • Payment should not be a favour.

Getting paid on time is the baseline of professional work, not a courtesy to be requested.

  • Opportunity should not depend on who you know.

Access should follow evidence of good work rather than personal connections or agency relationships.

  • Both sides deserve confidence.

Brands take a risk too. A fair home protects them as well, and makes the whole market easier to trust.

Two letters from the founder

Written for the two people we are building this for. Read yours, and then read the other: both sides of the deal share the same problem.

To creators

Dear creator,

You made the thing. You scripted it, shot it, cut it, posted it and tagged the brand. Then you waited: a week, a month, three. You sent “Hi, any update?” once, twice, a fourth time, and hated how it sounded every time.

I want to say something I heard, in different words, from creator after creator: that wait is not a verdict on your work. It is what happens when a whole profession runs on DMs, voice notes and goodwill, and the person with the least power carries all of the risk.

Working directly with more than seventy of you across the country, I heard different stories but the exact same four problems: trust nobody could verify, payments nobody could count on, doors that opened for the already-famous, and work scattered across a dozen apps. None of it was about talent. All of it was about missing infrastructure.

So I am building AdSphere to be the professional home you have never had. A place where your work, your track record and your reliability live together, yours to carry from one brand to the next, and where being paid is the expected end of a collaboration, not a favour you have to ask for.

I will not promise everything on day one. I will promise three things. We will be honest about what is ready and what is not. We will build this with you, not for you. And the creators who join early will have a real say in what it becomes.

We are opening in small batches. If this is the problem you live with, apply, and tell us honestly what it has cost you. Your answers shape who we invite first and what we build first.

To brands and founders

Dear founder,

You probably do not have an agency budget. You have a product, a launch date, and an Instagram inbox full of “collab?” messages from people you cannot tell apart.

So you do what every small brand does. You open a spreadsheet, scroll profiles for hours, guess who is real, and send a product or an advance on trust. Sometimes it works. Sometimes the deadline slips, the post never goes live, and the creator quietly stops replying. Or you hand the whole thing to an agency and pay a margin to avoid the guessing.

Through direct field work with creators, agencies, and more than ten small businesses who hire them, the loop was the same everywhere: you want the authenticity of smaller creators, but not at the cost of chasing twenty people across WhatsApp.

Small brands deserve the confidence large ones buy. AdSphere is being built so you can find creators whose work and reliability you can actually check, agree clearly on what is expected from both sides, and pay with confidence, without the agency overhead.

We are onboarding a limited number of brands first, and we are choosing them for fit, not size. Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner yet.

If we are not, I would still like to learn from you. Your frustrations with how this works today are the most valuable input we have.
