1. Early Access Review Queue
By submitting an early access application on theadsphere.com, you express interest in participating in future preview and beta cohorts of AdSphere. Submission of an application does not create a binding commercial contract, guarantee immediate onboarding, or confer equity or financial entitlement.
2. Selection & Curation Criteria
We onboard creators and brands in curated batches based on niche alignment, audience authenticity, and counterparty demand. RafSpire Technologies reserves the discretion to accept, waitlist, or decline applications.
3. Accuracy of Information
Applicants agree to provide accurate, truthful details regarding follower metrics, business identities, and past collaboration history. Submissions containing fraudulent follower inflation, bot engagement, or impersonation will be immediately purged.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, software designs, content studies, brand marks, and software code on this website are the proprietary property of RafSpire Technologies Private Limited.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of early access participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
